Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions apply only to participants in the closed pre-production Instagram integration test.
How to submit a request
Email sultan.ad699@gmail.com with the subject Controlled Instagram Test — Data Request. No login is required.
What to include
- whether you are requesting access, deletion, or both;
- which of the two tester accounts the request concerns;
- the approximate date of the controlled test; and
- a safe contact method for confirmation.
Do not send a password, access token, recovery code, cookie, or identity document. None is required.
Safe verification
Account control will be confirmed manually through the affected Instagram tester account or its previously confirmed contact channel. Verification is limited to confirming control of the participating test account.
Data covered
A verified request covers controlled-test account and message identifiers, message text, webhook payload data, timestamps, normalized message records, delivery or receipt evidence, bounded technical status evidence, and sanitized local logs associated with the requester’s controlled test.
Timing and confirmation
Requests are acknowledged within seven calendar days. Verified deletion requests are completed as soon as practical and within 30 calendar days, unless retention is legally required. A confirmation is sent after deletion is complete.
Controlled-test application data is also targeted for deletion as soon as verification is complete and is subject to an absolute maximum retention period of 30 calendar days from collection. Sanitized local logs are deleted within seven calendar days. No backups are created for this test.
Data held by Meta
Meta independently controls information retained in Meta or Instagram systems. Deletion by SAAS-APP-ALYAQDHAN does not itself delete information retained independently by Meta. Meta’s own account and privacy tools may also apply.
