Terms of Service — Controlled Instagram Test

Scope

These Terms of Service apply only to a closed, pre-production Instagram technical test operated by SAAS-APP-ALYAQDHAN. The test involves only founder-controlled, specifically authorized tester accounts. It is not a public or production SaaS service.

Authorized participation

Participation is voluntary. You may participate only if you control, or are expressly authorized to use, a participating tester account. You may end your participation at any time.

Technical-test behavior

The test validates one controlled inbound text message, secure processing of that message, and one fixed deterministic non-AI reply. It does not provide autonomous sales, customer service, orders, payments, contracts, or commercial advice. No AI or model processes the message in this controlled test.

Acceptable use

Use the test only to submit the approved synthetic test message.

Do not submit genuine-customer information, credentials, payment information, confidential information, sensitive personal data, media, audio, illegal content, or unrelated messages. Do not attempt to bypass the account allowlist, message limit, kill switch, or other test boundaries.

Availability and test limitations

The operator may pause, disable, or terminate the test at any time. Delivery, availability, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Test results must not be relied upon as a production or commercial service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Meta and Instagram

Instagram and Meta are third-party platforms operated independently. Their own terms and policies also apply to the tester accounts. These controlled-test terms do not replace Meta’s or Instagram’s terms.

Privacy and deletion

Data handling, maximum retention, and deletion procedures are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Termination and cleanup

Access may be revoked and the test integration disabled. Controlled-test data will be handled according to the published Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Changes

Any expansion to genuine customers, AI processing, production operation, a commercial service, or additional accounts requires updated terms before that expansion.
